Annex A(A1) is an internal BIR table titled 'Matrix of Accountability of Delivery Units for FY 2022 PBB.' For four dimensions of accountability — Performance Results, Process Results, Financial Results, and Citizen/Client Satisfaction Results — it assigns each required report (e.g., FAR No. 5, BAR No. 1, Modified Form A, Disbursement BUR, Client Satisfaction Reports, and a complaints-resolution report) to a service, division, implementing office, and monitoring office (RAD, PPD, TSPMD, RSD, PIED, among others), with due dates for submission to the Monitoring Office and to the AO25/Validating Agency. It is an internal administrative/performance-management document and does not impose tax obligations on taxpayers.
