Annex A (A2) is an internal BIR matrix of accountability of delivery units for the FY 2022 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), covering Agency Accountabilities under Good Governance Conditions. For each item — sustained compliance with audit findings and liquidation of cash advances; compliance with the Freedom of Information (FOI) Program; submission and review of SALN; PhilGEPS posting of bids and awarded contracts under RA 9184; and procurement documents (APP-CSE and APP-Non CSE) — it assigns a monitoring office, implementing office(s), and due dates for submission to the Monitoring Office and to AO25/Oversight Agencies.
