It states that eligible BIR personnel are entitled to a PBB of 58.5% of monthly basic salary, based on scores for eligibility, performance results (100% of Congress-approved targets), process results (ease of transaction for 62.9% of frontline services), financial results (91.1% Disbursement BUR), and citizen/client satisfaction (4.58 rate; 100% of #8888/CCB complaints resolved), for a total of 18 score / 90 points. It also reports compliance with 9 of 11 Agency Accountability Requirements and notes that units most responsible for low ratings or non-compliance will be isolated from the FY 2021 PBB, per MC 2021-1. It is presented under the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting Systems.
