This is the BIR's Checklist of Documentary Requirements (revised July 2025, form code QF11-04.2025.00), listing the documents required for BIR registration-related applications across 14 forms: new registration by taxpayer type (self-employed individuals, estates/trusts, corporations/partnerships/cooperatives/associations, nonresident digital service providers, Philippine Business Hub, branch/facility, employees, purely TIN issuance), Authority to Print invoices, books of accounts, loose-leaf permits, registration information updates, transfer of registration, and cancellation of TIN. The visible detail page covers F1101 (self-employed individuals): BIR Form 1901 in 2 originals, a government-issued ID (plus PRC ID for regulated professions), and supporting papers such as a DTI certificate, work visa for foreign nationals, service contracts, franchise documents, BMBE certificate, or proof of registration with BOI/PEZA-type agencies. Applications may be filed online via ORUS; online registrants receive an electronic Certificate of Registration after paying P30.00 loose documentary stamp tax and must comply with invoicing using BIR Printed Invoice or Authority to Print. Incomplete applications will not be processed, consistent with RA 11032 (Ease of Doing Business Act).
