This job aid (Version 1.1) is a step-by-step guide for downloading, installing, and using the BIR eBIRForms Offline Package. It covers system requirements (Windows OS, preferably Windows 10 or higher; at least 4 GB RAM; at least 500 MB free disk space; a PDF reader), downloading the installer from https://www.bir.gov.ph/ebirforms, avoiding overwriting older installations, opening the application and completing the Profile Page (with a five-digit branch code), handling Windows 11 installation blocking, transferring data (Profile, Logfile, Savefile, Success folders) from an older version, accomplishing BIR forms, and validating, editing, saving (as an XML file), printing, and submitting returns online with email confirmation.
