This is a one-page table listing eight bank branches for Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 75 - North Iloilo, under Revenue Region No. 11 (Western Visayas). Each entry shows an item number, RR/RDO numbers, a bank code, the bank name (BOC, DBP, LBP, or PNB), a branch name, and the bank's latest address, all located within Iloilo. Per the document title this appears to be a list of Authorized Agent Banks (AABs), but the body text uses only the word 'Bank' and contains no purpose statement, issuance number, date, or signatory.
