This is Annex A of a CY 2023 BIR revenue issuance (RMO annex). Table 1 lists revised macroeconomic assumptions for 2023 (nominal GDP PHP 24,522,123 million; real GDP growth 6.5%; inflation 6.0%; PHP/USD exchange rate 55.5; 364-day T-bill rate 5.8%), sourced from the Medium-Term Revenue Program (DBCC Approved June 9, 2023).
