This partially OCR-garbled circular (apparently RMC No. 74-2026) publishes an additional list of PERA Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs) approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, supplementing prior lists in RMC Nos. 131-2016, 30-2017, 25-2021 and 3-2026. Two new ATRAM Trust Corporation feeder funds are listed. It reiterates that only income from investments and reinvestments of PERA assets in duly approved/accredited PERA products - and in government securities - is exempt from income tax under Rule II of the implementing rules of RA 9505 (PERA Act of 2008) and Section 9 of RR 17-2011.
