RMO 13 ANNEX E Character Reference Form

This document is Annex E to RMO No. 13, a 'Character Reference Form' used in BIR recruitment. A person who knows a job applicant states how long and how well they know the applicant, describes the applicant's greatest strength and weakness, rates ten attributes (e.g., Integrity, Trustworthiness, Work ethic) on a scale from 'Exceptional' to 'Needs improvement', and indicates whether they recommend that the BIR accept the applicant. The accomplished form, signed and dated by the reference, is submitted by email (recruitment@bir.gov.ph or bir.cms.recruitment@gmail.com) or by courier to the CAREERMS Management Section (attention Melanie V. Rodriguez) at the BIR NOB, Agham Rd., Diliman, QC. The text contains no tax rules, and parts of the courier address are OCR-garbled.
