RDAO No. 18-2026 is an internal delegation-of-authority order for Revenue Region No. 17 (Caraga Region). During the approved leave of Director I Lordel T. Monteclaro of the Office of the Assistant Regional Director (April 25 to May 1, 2026), Ms. Edna E. Makiling, Chief of the Assessment Division, is authorized to sign seven enumerated classes of documents (including accreditation of tax agents/practitioners, applications to use loose leaf books of accounts, and disbursement vouchers) and to perform other acts necessary and indispensable in the speedy collection of internal revenue taxes. The Order takes effect on April 25, 2026 and is automatically revoked upon Mr. Monteclaro's return for official duty.
