This is an internal BIR staffing order, not a tax ruling. Because Deputy Commissioner TERESITA M. ANGELES of the Resource Management Group (RMG) is on approved leave from May 5 to 29, 2026, Assistant Commissioner GEALDINA E. REYES (Administrative Service) is designated Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the DCIR-RMG, with authority to sign all necessary documents for that office. The order takes effect May 5, 2026 and is automatically revoked when DCIR Angeles returns to official duty.
