RDAO No. 028-2026 is an internal BIR delegation-of-authority order. Because Assistant Commissioner of the Finance Service ELOISA C. TAMINA is on approved leave of absence effective August 20, 2026, the OIC-Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the Finance Service (rendered in the text as JESOSA C. VEOEJA) is designated Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Finance Service with authority to sign all necessary documents for that office. The designation takes effect on August 20, 2026 and is automatically revoked when ACIR Tamina returns to official duty. No tax rules, rates, or taxpayer obligations are changed.
