RDAO No. 3-2022 (dated March 4, 2022) delegates to Mr. Jaime M. Zabala, Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the Information Systems Development and Operations Service, the authority to sign the Oracle Specified End User Letter. By virtue of the order, Mr. Zabala can bind the Bureau of Internal Revenue to legal agreements presented in that letter in relation to the database license acquired by Comclark Network and Technology Corporation for the 'Information Technology Infrastructure Provisioning and Administration in a Commercial Data Center with Disaster Recovery' project. The order takes effect immediately and is addressed to all internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned. It is an internal delegation of signing authority and does not state any tax-rate, filing or payment rule.
