Lacerna) of Revenue Region No. 6 - City of Manila and Palawan is on approved official travel from August 12 to 20, 2026, Atty. Rowell B. Vicente (spelling per OCR), Chief, Legal Division, is authorized to sign: Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG); Disbursement Voucher and Checks; Bills payment and LDDAP-ADA; Certificate of Tax Practitioner; and other documents the Assistant Regional Director signs in the ordinary course of operations. The Order takes effect on August 12, 2026 and is automatically revoked upon the OIC-ARD's return for official duty.
