This Revenue Delegation Authority Order designates Deputy Commissioner Larry M. Barcelo of the Legal Group as the BIR's authorized representative to the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Philippine Film Export Services Office (PFESO), which was created under Executive Order No. 674, as amended, and which sits under the Film Development Council of the Philippines. As the BIR holds a regular seat on the PFESO BOT, the designated representative may sign on behalf of the BIR on matters deliberated upon and approved by the BOT. The Order takes effect immediately upon signing and remains in force until revoked or superseded. It is an internal designation and does not announce new tax rates, rules, or filing requirements.
