RDAO No. 050-2026 designates Assistant Commissioner Daniel T. De Jesus as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Legal Group while Deputy Commissioner Larry M. Barcelo attends the SGATAR Annual Meeting at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, on September 07-10, 2026. The OIC may exercise powers delegated to the office under existing revenue issuances during the prescribed period, except signing/approval of (1) LOA requests, (2) PAN/FAN/FDDA requests, (3) administrative cases involving tax credit certificates, (4) tax refund cases, and (5) NEB dockets.
