RMC No. 1-2023

Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 1-2023, issued on January 3, 2023, announces that the Interactive BIR Citizen's Charter is now available on the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph) and can be accessed under the Quick Links and BIR Transparency Seal sections. The interactive format makes navigation and access easier for taxpayers and other users, and makes updating of contents easier for BIR Content Owners. A separate Revenue Memorandum Order will be issued to prescribe the policies and responsibilities of identified BIR offices (Content Owners) for regularly updating the information posted in the Interactive BIR Citizen's Charter.
