RMC No. 105-2022, issued on July 19, 2022, circularizes the Consolidated Price of Sugar at Millsite for the month of June 2022, as contained in Operations Memorandum (OM) Nos. 49-2022, 50-2022, 55-2022 and 56-2022. These consolidated prices are to be used for imposing the one percent (1%) Expanded Withholding Tax on sugar under RR No. 2-98, as amended by RR No. 11-2014. Unlike the weekly Sugar Regulatory Administration price bulletins, which show comparative prices for the previous and current year, the consolidated schedule contains only current-year prices.
