RMC No. 119-2023 (issued November 16, 2023) announces that one set of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0535 – Taxpayer Information Sheet with Serial Number TIS201800228240 has been lost. The loss was reported by Revenue Officer Analisa S. Marohomsalic of Revenue District Office No. 101. The form serial has been cancelled, and all official transactions involving its use are considered invalid.
