RMC No. 122-2023 (December 1, 2023) announces that the Offline eBIRForms Package Version 7.9.4.1 is now available for download at www.bir.gov.ph and www.knowyourtaxes.ph/ebirforms. The updated package (A) adds new Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) to BIR Form No. 1702-RTv2018C — IC 101 (Regional Operating Headquarters), IC 190 (Offshore Banking Units) and IC 191 (Foreign Currency Deposit Units); (B) updates the 2023 income tax rates in BIR Forms 1700v2018, 1701v2018 and 1701A; and (C) fixes bugs in BIR Form No. 1702-MXv2018C.
