RMC No. 131-2022 (September 28, 2022) announces that Offline eBIRForms Package Version 7.9.3 is available for download at www.bir.gov.ph and www.knowyourtaxes.ph/ebirforms. The update adds Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) in BIR Form No. 0605 for International Carriers paying their taxes — IC 080 (Income Tax), PT 041 (Percentage Tax), DS 010 (Documentary Stamp Tax) — in reference to RMO No. 37-2022, and revises the Terms of Service Agreement to require the taxpayer's official e-mail address in the eBIRForms profile page, which shall be used as an additional mode of serving BIR orders, notices, letters, communications and other processes.
