RMC No. 132-2022 (September 29, 2022) directs all BIR officials and employees to take part in the 33rd National Statistics Month (NSM) celebration in October 2022 under the theme “Boosting the Country’s Recovery with Informed Decisions, Better Policies.” Revenue Regional and District Offices are requested to display their own NSM streamer on their building façades throughout October, and revenue personnel may coordinate with participating agencies on the specific activities they wish to join. The circular is internal in nature and imposes no taxpayer obligations.
