RMC No. 133-2022 (issued October 6, 2022) circularizes the Consolidated Price of Sugar at Millsite for August 2022, as contained in Sugar Regulatory Administration Operations Memorandum Nos. 68-2022, 69-2022, 70-2022 and 71-2022. The circular explains that, while the SRA's weekly price releases show comparative sugar prices for the previous and current years, the consolidated schedule in the weekly OMs presents only current-year prices, which are used for imposing the one percent (1%) Expanded Withholding Tax on sugar under RR No. 2-98, as amended by RR No. 11-2014.
