RMC No. 141-2022 (October 26, 2022) informs eBIRForms users/filers that the contents of the eBIRForms email notification (the Tax Return Receipt Confirmation) have been revised. The revised email confirms receipt of a submission 'subject to validation by BIR,' shows the file name and the date/time received, warns that penalties may be imposed for violations of the NIRC, and — for returns with tax payable — lists BIR ePayment Channels: Land Bank of the Philippines Link.Biz Portal, DBP Pay Tax Online, UnionBank of the Philippines (UnionBank Online / UPAY via InstaPay), and Taxpayer Agent/Tax Software Provider - TSP (GCash/PayMaya/MyEG). eBIRForms users/filers with payments or tax payable are encouraged to pay through these listed channels. The email is system-generated and recipients are asked not to reply.
