RMC No. 144-2022, issued November 9, 2022, circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of October 2022. It notes that under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. The list also includes MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective April 29, 2022 and June 1, 2022 (with reference to RMC No. 74-2022) and certificates expired effective June 14, 2022.
