RMC No. 145-2022 (issued November 9, 2022) circularizes the Consolidated Price of Sugar at Millsite for the month of September 2022, as contained in Operations Memorandum (OM) Nos. 72-2022, 73-2022, 74-2022 and 75-2022. Unlike the weekly Price of Sugar at Millsite issued by the Sugar Regulatory Administration, which shows comparative prices of the previous year and current year, the consolidated schedule in the weekly OMs contains only current-year prices, and it is to be used for imposing the one percent (1%) Expanded Withholding Tax on sugar prescribed under RR No. 2-98, as amended by RR No. 11-2014.
