Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 15-2022 publishes the Bureau of Internal Revenue's Revised One-Page Freedom of Information (FOI) Manual, attached as 'Annex 1', in compliance with the Bureau's FOI Program. It amends the One-Page FOI Manual earlier circularized under RMC No. 19-2021. All concerned are directed to be guided accordingly and to give the circular wide publicity, and it takes effect immediately. The circular does not announce any new tax rule, rate, or filing procedure.
