This circular, dated February 4, 2026, announces that the original and duplicate copies of a used/filled-up but unissued BIR Form No. 1966 - Electronic Letter of Authority (eLA) bearing serial number eLA202000029581 (printed 'cLA202000029581' in the scan) were reported lost by Revenue Officer I Ms. Addi B. Collamar of Revenue District Office No. 87, Revenue Region No. 14, Eastern Visayas Region. The entire eLA set bearing that serial number is cancelled, and all official transactions involving its use are considered INVALID. Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned must promptly notify the BIR if the copies are found and take necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
