RMC No. 151-2022, issued on December 7, 2022, circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance NGOs accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of November 2022. It notes that under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. The circular also includes MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked effective April 29, 2022 and June 1, 2022, an expired Certificate of Accreditation effective June 14, 2022 (with reference to RMC No. 144-2022), and a revoked Certificate of Accreditation effective October 26, 2022.
