RMC No. 159-2022 (issued December 27, 2022) circularizes the updated list of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of December 2022. The list also includes MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC and expired Certificates of Accreditation, with reference to RMC No. 151-2022. Per the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
