RMC No. 26-2022 (issued March 15, 2022) announces that several BIR Form No. 0535 – Taxpayer Information Sheet (TIS) sets and triplicate copies bearing listed serial numbers were reported lost by four revenue officers of Revenue District Office No. 27. The lost unused sets have been cancelled, so official transactions involving them are invalid; official transactions involving the lost triplicate copies of the issued TIS should be verified.
