RMC No. 26-2023, issued on February 27, 2023, circularizes the updated list of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of January 2023. It notes that, under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. The list also includes MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC and expired Certificates of Accreditation, with reference to RMC No. 159-2022.
