RMC No. 31-2022 (March 25, 2022) announces the loss of several copies of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) under six listed serial numbers. The forms were reported lost by the former Collection Section OIC-Chief of Revenue District Office No. 39. Official transactions that used the lost issued copies must be verified, while the lost unissued copies have been cancelled and any transactions using them are considered invalid.
