Reference copy · verify against the official sourceRMC No. 46-2024 (issued April 1, 2024) publishes an Updated List of registered manufacturers, importers, and exporters of cigarettes, heated tobacco products, vapor products, and novel tobacco products, together with their product brands/variants. The list covers eight categories, including domestic/export cigarette manufacturers, PEZA-registered cigarette manufacturers, cigarette importers, vapor product manufacturers/importers, and importers of heated tobacco and novel tobacco products. Entities newly registered after March 8, 2024 will be included in the next updated list. As required under RR No. 7-2021 and RR No. 14-2022, these manufacturers/importers/exporters must register their brands and variants within six months from release of the Circular to avoid penalties. Products must also comply with Graphic Health Warning and BIR stamp affixture requirements, except vapor and novel tobacco products because IRSIS stamps are not yet available in the system.
