Reference copy · verify against the official sourceRMC No. 48-2023 announces that, starting April 28, 2023, additional features of the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) are available for registration-related transactions. New Business Registration features allow conversion of non-business taxpayers (e.g., Employee, E.O. 98) with existing TINs to business taxpayers, and registration of new branches and facilities. Registration update features, with Certificate of Registration generation, cover addition of tax type, additional business/trade name, additional line of business, change in registered name of non-individual taxpayers, update/change of registered address or transfer of registration, and update/change of civil status. Taxpayers with existing ORUS accounts may log in to use these facilities; those without accounts must enroll following RMC No. 122-2022 guidelines.
