RMC No. 50-2022 circulates, for the information and guidance of internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned, an attached "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of April 2022". It reiterates that under the implementing rules of RA No. 10693 ("Microfinance NGOs Act"), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC, and directs all concerned to give the circular wide publicity. The issuance text itself does not discuss tax types, forms, or the consequences of accreditation.
