RMC No. 56-2023 (May 19, 2023) encourages taxpayers to use the Electronic One-Time Transaction (eONETT) System in the filing and payment of One-Time Transactions (ONETT) related returns and taxes. Taxpayers who intend to transact their ONETT online thru the eONETT System must register or sign up for an account. A Taxpayer User Guide/Job Aid is downloadable from the System's log-in page, and the System is accessible through the eServices in the BIR website or at https://eonett.bir.gov.ph/.
