RMC No. 60-2023, issued on May 23, 2023, announces the availability of the enhanced BIR Registration Forms (July 2021 Version), attached as Annexes “A” to “E”: BIR Form 1901 for self-employed (single proprietor/professional), mixed income individuals, non-resident aliens engaged in trade/business, estates and trusts; Form 1902 for individuals earning purely compensation income (local and alien employees); Form 1903 for corporations, partnerships (taxable/non-taxable), including GAIs, LGUs, cooperatives and associations; Form 1904 for taxpayers and persons registering under E.O. 98 (securing a TIN to transact with any government office) and others; and Form 1905 for registration information update/correction/cancellation.
