RMC No. 61-2024 (issued May 13, 2024) announces the availability of Version 7.3 of the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module, which can be downloaded from the BIR website at www.bir.gov.ph. The updated version now includes Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) that were not in the previous version. Taxpayers who use their own extract programs must strictly observe the revised file structures and standard file naming convention shown in Annexes "A" and "B" of the Circular.
