RMC No. 62-2022 (April 28, 2022) publishes the full text of three COMELEC resolutions issued for the May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections: Resolution No. 10731 (general instructions for Boards of Canvassers on constitution, composition and appointment, consolidation/canvass, and transmission of votes), Resolution No. 10742 (enforcement of the election-period prohibition on new appointments or hiring, creation or filling up of new positions, salary increases, transfer or detail of civil service employees, suspension of elective local officials, and filing of leave of absences by local treasurers), and Resolution No. 10747 (rules on the prohibition against release, disbursement, or expenditure of public funds, construction of public works, delivery of public works materials, and issuance of treasury warrants under Section 261(V) and (W) of the Omnibus Election Code). The circular states no tax rules, rates, forms, or filing obligations of its own.
