RMC No. 68-2025 Digest

RMC No. 68-2025, issued on July 4, 2025, circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of May 16, 2025. The list contains twenty-six (26) accredited MF-NGOs, each identified with a Certificate of Accreditation Number and Date of Effectivity. The circular also notes that, under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC for good cause after review.
