RMC No. 70-2026 (June 22, 2026) announces that a triplicate copy of an unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip (APS) bearing Serial Number APS200100001775 is missing. The loss was reported by Revenue Officer Vincent M. Chua of Revenue District Office No. 25A. As a result, the entire APS set bearing that serial number has been cancelled, and all official transactions involving the use of that set are considered invalid.
