Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 74-2022, issued May 24, 2022, circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of May 2022. It reiterates that, under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation is valid for three (3) years from issuance unless earlier revoked by the MNRC, and notes that the list includes MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective April 29, 2022, with reference to RMC Nos. 50-2022 and 69-2022.
