To suspend, until further notice, all field audit and other field operations conducted under Task Forces created through Revenue Special Orders, Operations Memoranda, and similar orders, to prohibit issuance or service of new written audit/investigation orders by those Task Forces, and to require status reports from Task Forces pending a case-to-case review before they may resume audit functions.

RMC No. 76-2022 (May 30, 2022) suspends until further notice all field audits and other field operations of Task Forces created through Revenue Special Orders (RSOs), Operations Memoranda (OM), and similar orders, including any business visitation in execution of Letters of Authority/Audit Notices or Mission Orders. No written orders to audit or investigate taxpayers' internal revenue tax liabilities may be issued or served under these Task Forces. Task Force heads and members must submit a status report (with Annexes A, B, and C) to the Office of the Commissioner on or before noon of June 15, 2022, and each Task Force must undergo a case-to-case review before being allowed to resume audit functions and field operations.
