Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 79-2023 (August 8, 2023) announces that six BIR forms — 1600-PT, 1600-VT, 1602Q, 1603Q, 2551Q, and 2552 — are available in the Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), and lists the filing/payment deadline for each. All taxpayers mandated to use eFPS must file these returns and pay the corresponding taxes due, if any, through eFPS, effective immediately.
