RMC No. 80-2026, issued July 21, 2026, circularizes the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by the BIR with fifteen multi-sectoral partner organizations (including PCCI, TMAP, MAP, FINEX, PICPA, ACPAPP, ACPACI, PHILEXPORT, JFC, MBC, FFCCCII, ATIN, FICCI, SwissCham, and PIP). The MOA aims to open communication lines between the BIR and these partner-stakeholders so that issues and concerns raised on behalf of taxpayers can be addressed more quickly through dialogues, consultations, and collaboration on matters affecting tax administration.
