RMC No. 81-2022 (issued June 30, 2022) notifies the loss of several BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR): serial numbers ROR201401973651–ROR201401973676 (26 sets, duplicate to quintuplicate copies, issued) and ROR201401973677–ROR201401973700 (24 sets, unused/unissued). The forms were reported lost by Revenue Collection Officer Abygail Nicole O. Rodrigo of Revenue District Office No. 41. Official transactions involving the lost issued copies should be verified, while the lost unused/unissued sets have been cancelled and any transactions using them are considered invalid.
