This circular consolidates the weekly Price of Sugar at Millsite for November 2021, previously issued through Operations Memoranda Nos. 85-2021, 87-2021, 88-2021, and 90-2021, carrying the prices published by the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) pursuant to RR No. 13-2015. The consolidated schedule (Annex "A") shows only current-year prices (unlike the SRA weekly issuance, which includes prior-year comparatives) and is intended for use in imposing the one percent (1%) expanded withholding tax on sugar under RR No. 2-98, as amended by RR No. 11-2014. It is addressed to all internal revenue officers and others concerned.
