RMC No. 94-2023 (September 13, 2023) announces that an Online Customer Satisfaction Survey is available in the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) starting September 5, 2023. Citing the mandate under the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 to gather client satisfaction feedback for all government services, the BIR states that taxpayers using ORUS are highly encouraged to answer the survey at the end of their transactions in the system.
