RMC No. 98-2023 (September 28, 2023) directs all BIR officials and employees to take part in the 34th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October 2023, themed "Accelerating Progress: Promoting Data and Statistics for Healthy Philippines". Revenue Regional and District Offices are asked to display their own NSM streamer on their building facades throughout October, and revenue personnel may coordinate with participating agencies in their areas on activities they wish to join.
